Quality
Guarantee
McLellan's sells only first-class quality literature.
This promise is backed by our 100% refund guarantee.
If the quality is in any way lower than excellent, a
notation to that effect is made in the description.
If a customer finds a defect that we have missed,
it can be returned immediately for a full refund.
If the customer chooses to return an item for any other
reason we will be happy to accept the return. However,
there will be a 10% re-stocking fee and, if the order
was charged to a credit card, there will be an additional
10% credit card fee which we have been charged for accepting
the card.
Literature
must be returned in the same box, or a similar one,
and in the same condition that it was received. This
guarantee is void if literature is not returned in a
box.
Packing
All orders are packed to withstand abuse.

seal literature in a plastic bag to protect it in
case the box is exposed to water. |

tape the plastic bag to an oversize piece of cardboard
to protect the literature from getting bent. |

Credit
card is taped to invoice instead of stapled so that
there is no staple to scratch the literature. |

Protective
padding (i.e. crumpled newspaper) is put on all
six sides of the literature to leave approximately
1" of "air" space between the literature
and the outside of the box. This prevents the literature
from being damaged if the box is punctured during
shipping. |

carefully label the box with both your address and
our return address to prevent loss in shipping. |

Registered Mail
Packages of 4-lbs. or less can be Registered for a $10.15
fee. Registering is not available on packages which
weigh more than 4-lbs.
If you choose not to register or insure the package
it is shipped at your risk. We retain proof of shipping.

Orders
Calls are welcome from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. C.S.T.,
Monday - Friday. We will hold telephone orders
for 2 weeks.
Discount
Policy
Because the literature that we deal in is old, out-of-print
and/or difficult to find and sells very quickly, quantity
discounts are not in order; this also goes against our
no-discount policy. We do, however, provide several
services that we do not believe you will find with other
literature dealers -- Packing in Oversize Custom Made
Boxes to Protect Against Damage, Money Back Guarantee,
Originality Guaranteed, Excellent Condition Guaranteed,
Secure MasterCard and VISA Acceptance.
